Lover of the Earth, the Moon, the Sun & the Stars.

My wild soul in connection with the Mountains,Trees, Birds & the Ocean.

My wild heart in deep union with myself & my community.

I'm a Trauma-informed Cyclical Living & Embodiment Mentor. Trained to work with Reiki energy & Mama of one beautiful little boy.

But hey, I've never been big on labels... I'm more for the journey & mine, after years of living with complex ptsd, led me to delve into alternative ways of being, of feeling, of understanding & of healing...

✧ To become attuned with the Celtic Wheel of the year & other ancient ways of living.

✧ To adopt Somatic & body-based practices.

✧ To develop a deeper level of trust in my intuition.

These modalities have been transformative for me as each practice has helped me to tend to old wounds, embrace each moment & honour myself as a cyclical being.
